Anxiety



An emotional state is undesirable and unjustified. It is a psychosomatic disorder, which begins to affect the mind, but just passing on various body organs and causing tachycardia, stomach pain, irritable bowel syndrome (alternating constipation, diarrhea), and so on.

Aggravating factors
The anxiety is compounded in the following situations:
• slimming unbalanced diets, in
which inevitably produces a lower intake of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, all nutrients required for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
• Consumption of alcohol or stimulants (caffeine) and snuff. While they may temporarily relieve anxiety, this tends to reappear once more intense effect. Being drug adjectives, all of which damage the nervous system.

Anxiety food
Increase
Wheat germ
Grains
Banana
Nuts
Yogurt
Vitamin B6
Magnesium

Reduce or eliminate
Stimulant beverages (coffee, tea, mate, etc.).
Meat
Alcoholic beverages
